Constantly improving

MacKeeper tech helped me merge my 3 Macs into one account as a bundle. He saved me a lot of money and I am very happy with MacKeeper for the last 5 years. They are constantly improving. Recently they added a great feature - ID theft guard. I like it so much. It helps me make sure that my personal information is safe. When I see that it was exposed, I just change the passwords to my accounts. I feel confident with MacKeeper.
A bit pricey

I have Mackeeper coverage on 2 devices. This security suite is exactly what I was looking for! I am very confident that I am protected no matter how or for what I use my devices. One thing stands out as a small flaw that I would fix. Real-time protection slows down my Mac while using it. Also, the prices for its features are very expensive, so I think about cheaper alternatives.

I have had the same virus problem for so long and tried everything, but they fixed it! Worth any penny!! Their support staff is incredible. The technician stayed with me for hours getting through the nitty gritty of a nasty virus and cleaned it up. I really thought he was going to pass me along but she stuck with it until it was all completed. I am REALLY impressed by the customer service and the quality of the product for me. It is one of the easiest products for virus protection.

I don't know how MacKeeper gets such great reviews on blogs and forums. I have an older (2015) macbook pro that has served me very well through some pretty heavy use in architecture school and now working from home as an architect. My laptop has started to show its age with the fan sounding like its going to blast into hyperspace and programs taking longer to load than usual. I decided it was time to try to clean up the mac to try to help with the aging and improve performance. I barley keep anything on the computer itself other than apps, most of my data is stored on external drives. At first MacKeeper seemed great. It supposedly cleared a bunch of memory and unused files. I am 67 yrs. old and the guys were so patient with me. They explained to me how to use this program and now my Mac is running great. Sometimes the technicians changed over and then I felt as if I had to repeat everything. It would be better if they could note everything to be forwarded and read by oncoming technicians. Otherwise, I liked everything.
StopAd Disable

I sometimes could not reply to certain e-mail or Internet links as the StopAd option was enabled. I could not see how to disable it as it was not obvious from the MacKeeper window. The on-line technical assistance was excellent. I can now enable/disable StopAd as I wish. It is great that there is such option!

I have been using Mackeeper for not so long, but I am quite happy with the result. I found a very good duplicates finder. It helped me find files on my Mac that I downloaded more than once by mistake. It saved me some time and optimized the memory a bit. I like this feature because I have a lot of copies in my work that can just waste space when I no longer need them. One of the drawbacks as for me is the price. It seems to me that the price for all instruments is a little high if we compare it to other similar programs.

My experience with MacKeeper has been tremendous. When I called and asked about a recent MacKeeper update, they explained the changes and assisted me in the installation. They could have very easily ended the call but they said they would guide me through the update process. However, I'm a little bit disappointed that there is no Data Encryptor feature in MacKeeper 4, I liked this feature so much in MacKeeper 3. I hope they will include this functionality in future releases.

Now I enjoy using my computer knowing that it is free of viruses. The advice and help I received was very competent, very thorough, and at the same optimally timed. My computer works fine again. Your support has met my needs perfectly. I would recommend this to others. My only concern for them would be the cost of the services.

Chatted with MacKeeper Tech Expert today. Yesterday I ran my "Find & Fix" scan yesterday with no problems. Today when I ran the scan it told me I needed to enable my Antivirus program. I couldn't get it enabled, so I contacted the Tech Expert. He gave me 3 steps to fix the problem, restarted my MAC and it works great now!
