this is my 1st time ever to choose and buy and download security I am always afraid of doing the wrong thing The information on costs and levels of service was clear and concise and easy to read and understand. Was also very affordable for this year and next downloading was equally easy. So far so good

They are much better than before they now make one charge a year, which is correct one year they made 2 charges which was out of order. Having said that they gave the money back with no fuss, I'd say now they got it right.

Recent Problems

I've had recent issues with TotalAV not activating when I signon to my computer. It required that I uninstall and then reinstall TotalAV per the instructions I received from your support team. After completing that, the product seemed to work fine for a few days, then I started getting an alert that I should enable Web protection, but the product seemed to merely go into a loop. Frankly, I now am not sure if I'm adequately protected day to day.
